    研究简介/Research Introduction

        2015年从硅谷回国以来,本人负责研制高通量微观脑图谱扫描电镜三维影像系统,该系统由高通量扫描电镜、序列切片的精准采集控制以及序列切片三维实时配准系统组成;是国际上首次提出并实现了在线实时序列切片三维数据输出的影像系统,本系统填补了国内高通量微观脑图谱数据获取的短板,2018年底已完成I型系统的研发,性能指标达到国际先进水平。II型仪器系统作为“脑认知功能图谱与类脑智能交叉研究平台”的重点研制仪器,将为“全脑介观神经联接图谱”国际大科学计划,提供从生物样本到三维电镜成像数据的完整“一站式”解决方案。2018年,本人联系国内先进电镜制造商同中科院自动化研究所合作,建设了“超高速扫描电镜与智能分析联合实验室”,担任该联合实验室主任。并在北京市科委的项目支持下,开展系统的产业化工作,实现从底层到顶层软硬件“一体化”的高通量数据解决方案;在掌握核心自主知识产权的前提下,改变我国生物成像高端设备“受制于人”的现状。
